You pay only $5.25/day (ages 3-60) or $10.50/day (ages 61-70).

Minimum 10 days, Maximum 90 days.

$100 deductible per illness or injury. This insurance cannot be renewed. However, another policy may be purchased. If a new policy is issued, any claims incurred under the previous policy will be considered a pre-existing condition and therefore not covered under the new policy.
