And when MEDEX clients need an update on a case, a program review report or just advice, the information is both complete and readily accessible.

This MEDEX-developed panel of physicians and specialists is located throughout the globe. Available 24/7, MEDEX Physician Advisors are practicing physicians and multilingual medical experts who specialize in diverse regions of the world. This unique panel of evacuation experts contains more than 30 medical specialties, allowing MEDEX to provide cardiac, pulmonary and other competencies when needed.

The MEDEX Resource Development Team travels the globe to personally credential hospitals, inspect air ambulances and meet with security specialists in our network. This means that we verify each provider’s capabilities, procedures and practices, historical track record, commitment to excellence and familiarity with helping foreign travelers. Because we do not own or operate clinics, hospitals or transportation providers, we are able to maintain an ever-current and objective selection of service providers, using only those resources best suited for each situation. At MEDEX, we never mark-up provider bills or charge utilization fees for our services above your initial program costs. Our programs include full services, as promised, with no surprises.


Dedicated Client Representatives

As a MEDEX client, you will be assigned a primary contact from the Client Relations Team. This client representative helps you launch your program and coordinates all support for your program. As your ongoing client advocate, your Relationship Manager will provide necessary case updates and meet with you to periodically review your program.
